Sister Alice is a nun and staff member of the North Dakota Boarding School for Native Americans. Unlike Sister Mary, she is more affectionate toward the students and is considered hands on with them. This is revealed as she sodomized Teonna Rainwater while bathing her after a night in the hot box. She was also shown to be hard on the students at times, recently Baapuxti, whom she chastised during the berry picking process because she was afraid to get stung by the thorns. Teonna retaliated by knocking down Alice with her basket of berries in defense of her cousin. She was later stabbed in her sleep by Teonna as payback for the sexual assault.
