Clyde is a character in Parts 1 and 2 of 1923: A Yellowstone Origin Story.

Biography

Clyde is a Scottish immigrant in Bozeman pretending to be interested in working as a livestock agent for Jacob Dutton when in actuality, he was a close friend to Banner Creighton and working as a spy for Donald Whitfield, during which he helped expose a secret marriage between Zane Davis and Alice Davis, exposing a violation to Montana's Anti-Miscegenation Law. He later killed Jack Dutton.

During the firefight in Livingston, Clyde is killed by Banner Creighton to save Jacob's life.
