Carter Meads is a Neo Nazi from Whitefish, Montana with connections to the Montana Free Militia. He and his girlfriend were hired by Malcolm and Teal Beck to hold Tate Dutton hostage, where they traumatized him and shaved his head. After the Crazies was raided and the Beck boys were killed, Kayce Dutton, Donnie Haskell, and the Sheriffs Department raided his home were both him and his lady were gunned down in shootout.
